1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and malbat ("malbat", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the malbat website located at malbat.asia and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any promotional offers ("the Platform").

By accessing the malbat Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one malbat account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If malbat identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your malbat account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number (for KYC purposes), valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your malbat login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify malbat immediately via the live support function.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

malbat is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. As part of the KYC process, malbat may request:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account)
• A selfie with your CNIC for identity confirmation
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by malbat may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of continued non-compliance, account restriction. malbat processes all KYC documentation securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. malbat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). malbat does not accept third-party deposits — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the malbat Platform is Rs 500, unless a specific promotional offer stipulates a different minimum. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and standard processing times applicable to the selected payment method. malbat aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider.

4.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a malbat deposit is a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, malbat reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and recover any outstanding funds by all available means.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers available on the malbat Platform are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to that specific promotion.

5.2 malbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the malbat bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, employing systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — may result in cancellation of all bonus funds, forfeiture of winnings derived from such funds, and permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirement details are specified within each individual promotion's terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the malbat Platform are subject to the specific sports betting or casino game rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are accessible from the relevant game or betting market interface.

6.2 malbat reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where the odds or game outcome data was obviously incorrect due to a technical fault, human error, or third-party data feed issue.

6.3 In-play betting is offered on selected sports markets including cricket. In-play bet settlement is based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. malbat's settlement decision is final.

6.4 malbat reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.

malbat reserves the right to close any account engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice and to retain any funds as required by applicable law or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the malbat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of malbat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from malbat.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, malbat's aggregate liability to any user in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. malbat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

The malbat Platform is provided "as is". malbat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or that the Platform will be free of errors or viruses at all times.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the first instance by contacting malbat's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, malbat may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.
